Using a Bridge to make Housing

What awesome ideas...I wouldn't say it's a smart thing to build housing on a bridge that is slated to be torn down for not being safe in seismic activity, but still, awesome conceptual ideas, and maybe better used in less shaky ground than the California Bay Area.
